Get to Know Us!
Pours & Petals is an events based boutique catering business. We made a name for ourselves through our handcrafted flavored lemonades, which have taken off in popularity far more than we could’ve ever imagined. After receiving our liquor license, our focus remains on beverage catering for private events, but we also offer small bites catering. Pours & Petals also offers floral options, specifically our local stem bar, but also custom designed arrangements for private events. If you are looking to get a bit more all-inclusive, we also offer day-of wedding coordination and custom event design services.
Since our camper is a fully licensed food “truck”, you may also stumble across at one of our many public appearances we do, serving up fresh flavored lemonades and seasonal beverages at a local farmer’s market, small business event, or town gathering.

A NOTE FROM THE OWNER
My name is Erin Doonan, and I am an adrenaline junkie. I have found my passion from the pure thrill of composing memorable experiences for my clients, and nothing beats seeing the smile on my guest’s faces. The love for creating happiness for others is what drives me everyday. My focus is creating a trendy, personal event experience for our clients by allowing menu and decor customizations, while focusing on delivering superior service.
While completing my degree in Event Management at the University of New Hampshire, I interned at Disney World for 12 months. I was torn between sticking with the company or starting my own business. COVID-19 cut my time short in Florida, and so I came home to launch my dream business. Pours & Petals caters to a variety of personal celebrations, including weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, birthday parties, You name It and we're there! I also love our corporate clients, and bringing a fun addition to a day at the office. Some of my past corporate clients that I have served with Pours & Petals include Keller Williams Realty, Pure Barre, The United States White House, and Community College System of New Hampshire.
I strive to provide a personalized, boutique event planning experience by building meaningful connections with my clients and instituting innovative elements in order to execute experiences that align with their goals. Maintaining a trusted relationship with my clientele is at the top of my priorities, as well as embodying my personal genuineness. With my business, I also aim to support as many small businesses as possible, such getting as much food and florals sourced locally as possible.
Thank you for considering Pours + Petals for your event, and let's get planning!

BEHIND THE RIG
The camper is a 1960 Woodsman Coleman, the same brand we know today that makes outdoor gear!

IT ALL STARTED WITH A CRAIGSLIST LISTING
Yup, the vintage beauty is from the internet.
THE CAMPER DIDN'T COME THE WAY YOU KNOW IT TODAY
The blue IS still there...but it's underneath the green wrap!

MS.BLUE WAS READY TO CAMP!
Except we had other plans in mind....
The interior has a full size bed, sink, dining table, a booth, gorgeous pine walls, and an AC unit; but it all had to go.
I wish we still had that AC though.
TIME TO GUT
What we though would be a (somewhat) quick renovation, turned into a 8 month long journey of repair.

A vintage camper owner's worst nightmare: water damage.
Little did we know, every piece of wood would have to be replaced.

How could we forget when we found a hole in the frame?
And the brakes that were actually
non-existent?

Or how about when my foot went through the damp floor?
IT STARTS TO COME TOGETHER
After a long winter and spring of renovations, the vision was finally coming alive.

FRAME AND FLOORING

ELECTRICITY

WALLS, FLOORING AND CABINETS
The camper got all new interior wood framing, along with a new subfloor without water damage. Most definitely the longest portion of renovation.
The interior was rewired with a breaker box, and the exterior light wires were replaced with ones that weren't 60 years old. The brake and clearance lights remain original.
The camper was equipped with plywood walls, tin tiling, a paint job, flooring, custom cabinets and a stainless steel countertop.

APPLIANCES

WINDOWS

EXTERIOR
Here we ran into our biggest roadblock; the appliances don't fit through the door. They had to go through the holes cut for the window. Now let's hope they don't have to come out...
They don't make food truck concessions windows for campers... so it is equipped with twin custom residential ones!
Not a paint job, but a custom wrap makes the camper an organic green color. It was supposed to be all white, then yellow, then blue, then pink... and a last minute decision made it green. No regrets!

THE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL
On a cold and rainy Memorial Day Weekend, the camper was finally finished!
Multiple all nighters were pulled in the week leading up to finish the final details.
The entire project was kept secret, and no marketing was done until our launch day in May of 2021.
I am still so thankful for the support Pours & Petals has received, from the very first event to today.
